If you attempt to register and Unlock is at capacity, please fill out the waitlist form on the website. You will be added to the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis and will be notified if a space becomes available.
How do I update my registration?
You will find an “edit registration” button on your registration confirmation email.
What is your cancellation policy?
Attendees may cancel their registration by September 12, 2026 and a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is received on or after September 13, 2026 the registration fee will be forfeited.

Yes, we are offering a conference room rate of $299/night + tax and resort fees at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The special rate is available until September 21 (unless our block sells out early). We recommend that you book early to take advantage of the special rate.
How do I make changes to an existing reservation?
If you booked your room at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, you will be able to modify your reservation through your confirmation email sent directly from the hotel.
Is a deposit required to guarantee a hotel reservation?
Yes, attendees must provide a credit card while booking a reservation to guarantee your room. You will see a charge on your credit card for the first night’s room and tax.
What are the hotel cancellation policies?
Attendees can cancel their reservations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival. If cancellations are made after that or if the attendee does not check in on their scheduled arrival date, the attendee will be charged the first night’s rate and tax/resort fees. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled.
Can I book multiple rooms on my registration for myself and my colleagues?
No, each attendee is responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations when they register.

Is there an Unlock app? How do I download it?
Yes, the Unlock app is your main source of information for everything related to the conference, and we recommend downloading it before you arrive. Instructions on how to download the app will be sent to attendees by October.
Will shuttle buses be provided if I stay off site?
No, there will not be shuttles to the Fontainebleau for those who stay off property.
